This site collects a first name and an email address, and nothing else. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics, no resource loaded from a third-party server.

Purpose

To tell you, once, that the iAgility community has opened. You will receive nothing else.

Legal basis

Your consent, given through a checkbox that is never pre-ticked. The date and time of that consent are kept as proof.

What is kept

First name, email address, chosen language, consent timestamp, and the IP address of the submission — the last one only to limit automated submissions.

Recipients

Nobody. The data stays on the site's hosting, in France, and is never sold, shared or used for anything else.

Retention

Until the community opens, then three months at most. After that, records are deleted.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. Write to contact@iagility.online and your request will be handled within a month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French CNIL.
